COMMUNITY-minded estate agents Reyland Johnson raised just over £7,000 for St Clare Hospice at their Summer Fete on Saturday.

After Friday’s sweltering temperatures, the rain (more or less) held out for the event up at The Link on Parsloe Road.

There was lots for all the family to do and see.

There was a DJ stand, a bouncy castle area. The police cadets were out in force.

There was a fitness display by Springbok Fitness as well as UBFit Challenge and an Inflatable Foot-Board.

There was lots of stalls. From Gemz Dreamz to a Teddy Stall.

And our good friends at St Clare Hospice were also there.

Owner James Reyland said: “We would like to thank everyone who attended and helped raise just over £7,000 for St Clare Hospice.

“The event can only be a success with the help of the local community.

“We would also like to thank The Link for all their help.

“A special thanks goes to Jessica Worth and Martin Kearney for going that extra mile”

“We will continue the pledge we made when we opened to help the Harlow community as much as possible.

“Thank you once again”.
