James Reyland
James started his Estate Agency career at tender age of 14 and worked his way from ‘Saturday Boy’ to ‘Branch Manager’ in just six years. Since 2001 James has gained valuable experience in a variety of different roles within the industry and is now regarded as one of the strongest, most enthusiastic agents in the town. Always smiling and with a spring in his step he has a positive influence on the team and busy office.
Ben Johnson
Ben sampled a few other career paths before falling into Estate Agency in 2001 at the age of 20 and hasn’t looked back since. Born & raised in Harlow, involved in youth football, community events and the support of local charities, he is a familiar face around the town. His knowledge of Harlow is admired by fellow professionals within the industry, his desire and drive to lead from the front is infectious among his colleagues.
Natasha Demetriou
Natasha has worked in the property industry since 2008 and specialises in lettings as a property manager. After working in central London for all of her property career and gaining valuable experience in her field, Natasha moved to Harlow and decided to bring all of her city knowledge to her home town by joining Reyland Johnson in October 2017. Following a long and considered search for the ideal personality, Natasha was the perfect fit to work in our rapidly growing lettings department. She has added experience and has proven to be a hit with our current landlords and tenants. Organised, friendly and polite, Natasha effortlessly blended into the team and her role as a property manager.
Abbey Langley
Organised, assertive and well educated, Abbey has every attribute needed to be a fantastic property manager. Her attention to detail and understanding helps Abbey to approach every situation with a level head and a determination to get the job done with the minimum of fuss for our landlords. Abbey slots into our team seamlessly, complementing the experience and the personalities within our popular agency.
Lucy Neate
Lucy is the most recent addition to our growing lettings department, having joined the industry in 2021 she is loving life as a property manager at Reyland Johnson. Lucy works with Natasha & Abbey in our Harlow office and is kept busy helping our tenants and landlords with maintenance, arranging tenancy renewals and carrying out regular property inspections. Growing up in Harlow her knowledge of the town is invaluable, as is her skill to organise, communicate and efficiently deliver top quality results expected when dealing with our agency.
Charlie Zazzara
Another Harlow born and bred member of the team, Charlie started life in Estate Agency back in 2014 and came onto our radar a few years before joining us in late 2022. We admired Charlies progression whilst working for local competitors and having crossed paths in professional and social situations it was only a matter of time before we could welcome him as part of the RJ family. Probably the best golfer in the Estate Agency world, plays off 2.5 and spends the majority of his spare time at Canons Brook Golf Club!
Karen Avery
It took us over six months to persuade camera shy Karen to allow us to add her profile to the website! Working incredibly hard behind the scenes, she is humble and modest but is, without doubt, the glue that holds our property transactions together. To our clients she isn’t just a sales progressor, Karen is agony aunt, best friend, guardian angel, solicitor, financial advisor and everything in between. You only have to look at our reviews to see how much of an impact Karen has and how important she is to our property transactions, if you buy or sell via RJ be prepared to speak to Karen…. a lot!
Jessica Hinson
Jessica joined Reyland Johnson in 2021 and looks after all of our administration and compliance, ensuring the back end of our business runs as smoothly as the front end. She is extremely well organised, helpful and takes pride in the quality of her work. Around the office Jess is a breath of fresh air and fits in with the team incredibly well, always smiling, laughing and generally making the office a better place to be.
Kobe
Kobe was born on 3rd February 2021 and joined the team in our Harlow office in April 2021. His friendly and lively personality brings joy to the team and he is often found playing in our property management department or snoozing in our meeting room. Kobe is always available for cuddles and a game of fetch.
