We have three different types of packages that we are able to offer our landlords. Some of the services within the required package are available subject to status and additional charges*. Our fees are listed below but please feel free to contact us to discuss any of our packages in more detail.
Introduction Only
12% including VAT of the annual rent (Full Fee Paid On Move In) E.G if the rental amount was £1000.00 per month the annual rent would be £12,000 you will pay a fee of £1440.00 including VAT. (Should the agreed rental be higher or lower than the example price the commission amount payable will be correspondingly higher or lower).
- Advertising the property to find a tenant
- Credit check/referencing the tenant
- Drawing up of Assured Shorthold Tenancy Agreement
- Bonding of tenancy deposit within DPS
- Arranging of (EPC) Energy performance certificate through our recommended DEA (Domestic Energy Assessor)* All properties must have a valid EPC at the point of going to market
- Arranging of gas and electrical safety certificate’s through our recommended engineers*
Rent Collection Service
£300 including VAT Set Up fee With 12% including VAT Monthly Fee. E.G if the rental amount was £1000.00 you will pay a fee of £120.00 including VAT. (Should the agreed rental be higher or lower than the example price the commission amount payable will be correspondingly higher or lower).

- Drawing up of Assured Shorthold Tenancy Agreement

Professional Inventory - Collection of monthly rent
- Monthly landlord statements
- Arranging of (EPC) Energy performance certificate through our recommended DEA (Domestic Energy Assessor)* All properties must have a valid EPC at the point of going to market
- Arranging of gas and electrical safety certificate’s through our recommended engineers*
Fully Managed Service
£300 including VAT Set Up fee With 14.4% including VAT Monthly Fee. E.G if the rental amount was £1000.00 you will pay a fee of £144.00 including VAT. (Should the agreed rental be higher or lower than the example price the commission amount payable will be correspondingly higher or lower).

- Taxation for overseas landlords (Non resident landlord scheme)
