Cannot praise Reyland Johnson enough. They never gave up after our sale falling through 4 times and were professional throughout. They tried every avenue and got us over the finish line. Their organisation of viewings was so smooth and they showed all potential buyers around, they were never late and are completely trust worthy. James and Claire were fantastic in their communication and I’m just so happy for their perseverance and that we’ve finally sold our house!

We decided to sell up and head for the coast as soon as the market opened up and chose Reyland Johnson for the task. Not and easy time, with all the restrictions and the uncertainty, but James was absolutely excellent at every turn. We were always kept fully informed and he was always available to answer our queries. The house was photographed and presented beautifully and it sold within a week - absolutely first rate service and I'd recommend them without hesitation. Five stars is not enough!

First of all I have high standards and this sets my expectations on the level of service I feel I should receive as a customer. From day one, Reyland Johnson agreed to do a last minute viewing at 7:30pm and we fell in love with the property and put in an offer the very next. We then wanted to view it again during the day on the weekend and they stayed beyond working hours again for this. Well into the purchase of the house I had lost faith in my mortgage advisory company and the solicitors I used, neither were helping push the house purchase along. This is when I spoke to the estate agent to see if they could help and they did just that. I was really impressed with the level of service, knowledge, effort and time they provided me to get my house which I finally have the keys for. I was very impressed with this estate agents, I couldn’t thank them enough for all their help. I would use them to sell my house if it ever came to it!

Outstanding from start to finish. We were very anxious about selling our property this time round, we tried to sell our property a few years ago and we really did struggle. We used 3 different agents at the time and were constantly sold the ‘dream’! Unfortunately no agent delivered on their promises and we were left frustrated and let down. This time round we done our research first and found that Reyland Johnson were clearly the leading agent in our town. We were actually recommended to use them by a few of our friends who had dealt with them in the past. From the very first phone call i knew they were different... no fluff, no false promises and no mis-selling the ‘dream’. We dealt with Sonny first on the valuation appointment (we were very impressed with his pictures) then we were introduced to Dean & Jake along the way. They arranged and conducted our viewings, they were always very polite and informative. Feed back was given after every viewing (unlike our previous experiences) and when we started to receive offers we were given lots of information regarding their position financially and brilliant advice by Ben which helped us to make a decision on the right buyer. Once we had instructed our solicitors Claire was on the phone, updating us at every stage of the sale but not only on our sale but also every property in the chain which was amazing. We did come up against a few issues towards the end but James got involved and his experience, knowledge and persistence was outstanding and pushed the sale to completion. Without all the superstars at Reyland Johnson we wouldn’t haven’t moved, we certainly wouldn’t have enjoyed it and when we move again we won’t be calling anyone else. If you are looking to move, and need an agent to sell your house you have no alternative in my eyes. They kept me informed on regular basis of every step of the process, from agreeing them as an agent to the end of the process. James was really supportive at the back end of the sale due to the lockdown with Covid-19 which was a very difficult time for all. All members of the Reyland Johnson team were fully supportive and each member of staff were spot on and helpful. Claire keep us updated on process and next steps. Sonny had recommended using Premier Property Lawyers (on-line Conveyance) again this was something that I was unsure on, I did decide to use them and they were fantastic throughout. Overall I would definitely use/recommended Reyland Johnson again. 10 out of 10

We first met with Sonnie who was professional, understanding of our circumstances and made us feel that he was supporting us in the process not just that he wanted our money from a sale like other agencies we experienced. We also dealt with Jake and Dean who were both very helpful and always got back to us when they said they would. They also met with us a number of times at the purchase property which we appreciated as they weren't earning anymore out of doing this but it was the right thing for the customer. After some issues with our buyer, James became involved, he went above and beyond in our opinion to ensure the sale and purchase went through and that all parties were kept informed which was crucial. After 2 large corporations failed miserably with customer service
After 2 large corporations failed miserably with customer service and the sale of our home, to say we had lost faith in the whole selling process and estate agents would be a gross understatement, 6 months of stress filled wasted time and we actually removed our house from the market after it all just a terrible time. A short while after a family member mentioned Reyland Johnson to us and said it was worth popping in to see them and have a chat. We did. We probably came across pretty abrupt to James who was our first point of contact, straight away we explained the problems we had previously and how little trust we have right now, but James didn't seem shocked, what he did do was promised to offer a different experience and just be straight up honest, strangely that was the first time we had heard those words. Within days the team had bought 3 or 4 people/family's round which was unbelievable for us, already in a matter of days they had more viewings arranged than 6 months with 2 big company's. From then on the service got better and better, great communication, letting us know who and when in advance and didn't take long for them to bring the right Family through our door. SOLD SOLD SOLD SOLD. From then on James, Sonny, Dean and Jake did EVERYTHING in there power to make our sale run SMOOTHLY as possible, they EXPLAINED when explaining was needed, they HELPED when help was needed and most importantly for us the HONEST service we was first offered was exactly what we GOT. Reyland and Johnson have worked tirelessly with us to help sell our 3 bedroom end terrace.. They listed the property and had found a buyer within 2 weeks!! We then came up against a very tricky solicitor from the buyers side and this is where they really shine.. they stayed determined to keep the pressure on to meet our deadlines and the whole team from james-sonny-jake and Ben all remained close to the sale until over the line. Will certainly be using them again and glad we all finally got there. A***** service.

Without a doubt the best estate agents ive ever dealt with. James, Ben, Claire, Harriet and co (yes even you Sonny ha ha) are 100% professional, efficient, friendly and dam good at what they do. Throughout the sale of my late parents house, we was kept regularly informed of the progress of the sale from the lovely Claire. There was never an occasion where we needed to chase them up. In fact, Claire had to chase me up on occasion. Also we rent a property through R and J and moved to another of their rented properties. Throughout the move Harriet was informative and friendly and if there is ever something we need or require, she is always happy to help. It’s been 5 months since our big move and we couldn’t be happier with our house but more importantly the service provided by Ben and James. We’ve known them both for some time with this being our 2nd property we have sold through Reyland Johnson and boy did we have to work for this one hey James?! After a very long and at times stressful 9 months we completed in February this year. James you were instrumental in keeping the chain alive and went well above and beyond what even I expected anyone to do in order to keep communication and momentum going in the 6 property chain. We strongly feel that if it wasn’t for you sheer belligerence and determination the chain would have fallen down and we would have lost our dream home. You were director, sales progressor, solicitor and agony uncle! I do miss our daily chats and you were very good at managing my at times quite stroppy rants . I have rented accommodation for over 20 years and have seen some massive changes in laws and the attitudes of the people who rent from you.
